Description

Picture this: a cozy evening, the aroma of warm vanilla filling the air, and the anticipation of biting into a dessert that’s the perfect blend of sweet, creamy, and undeniably indulgent. That’s the magic of our Slutty Cheesecake Bars. These aren’t just any dessert; they’re a celebration of flavor, a symphony of textures, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 Oreo cookies
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pre-made cookie dough roll

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • Press the pre-made cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared dish to create a solid base.
  • Arrange Oreo cookies evenly over the cookie dough layer, ensuring full coverage.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing into bars.

  • Chill the bars thoroughly before slicing for clean cuts.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 2 months; thaw in the fridge before serving.
