4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup honey
½ cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder

4 medium potatoes, diced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the BBQ honey mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- While chicken bakes, prepare the potatoes.
- Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Drain potatoes and set them aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked potatoes, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
